What's the maximum amount of keywords I should use in my head tags?

    Use the keywords that summarise that page. Just don't expect any SEO benefit as the influence the keywords meta tag has is negligible.

    I don't think you should limit the meta tag keywords.Try limiting the keywords that repeat using sinonims

    I would suggest using no more than 10 for Meta Keywords, dont repeat the words, seperate with comma only.
