I realize ONE phrase per page is ideal. but what is the maximum? Example: Puppies Baby Dogs Young Doggies All synonymous words. I assume only about 3 is as far as you could go.. But I guess if you are optimizing it for many different things, you can do many words, correct?
Hey There, There isnt' a maximum (at least as far as Google is concerned), but you should probably not go higher than 3. Just pulling that off would take some clever optimization and anything higher might hurt your indexing because google's bots will begin to become confused about where to bring your site up, almost the opposite of what you'd expect (more keywords optimized = lower index factor) Hope that helps. THis is just from my own experience. I don't work for the big G, so I could be wrong about the internal workings of their service Best wishes, Mike
That's depend upon your page and keyword. If you are able to describe your page with one keyword then you cud go. BUt it always gud to go with atleast three keywords to give proper support to each one. Ialways go with three to four keywords to proper describe my page and also provides support to my keywords....................
There's actually a keyword density on what's the number of keywords is best put to a certain length of article. Usually people would say 4-6% but if you intend to optimize further, use combination of different keywords so that they can complement each other.
Keep your title tag as short as 5 small-medium sized words and include one complete incidence of your keyphrase.
there isn't a maximum but my advice is to write content for humans not for search engines. I would never repeat a keyword more than 10 times in a 1,000 word article and it seems to work for me.
Keep your title tag as short as 5 small-medium sized words and include one complete incidence of your keyphrase. Start this tag with an incidence of your keyphrase and then produce a short 15 - 18 small-medium sized word sentence clearly describing your site. Keyword tags have long been considered ineffective and no longer have any importance on Google
