There is no food that I eat everyday. I like a variety. Caffeine is the only thing that I take everyday, without fail. And, yes, I consider caffeine one of the major food groups.
Turkey. I eat lots of turkey. I used to eat lots of fish until I tested high for mercury levels. Now... it's just turkey and vegetables.
I'm way too predictable. I eat a bowl of fruit, nuts and bran flakes with 2 cups of milk every morning. Then for lunch a turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread, mustard, cheese, lettuce. Also some fruit (grapes, bananas, apples most often.) Then for dinner I often have chicken, prepared in a variety of ways. Every once in a while I mix it up with various forms of beef. Except when it is nice enough to grill I will grill up anything, but I especially enjoy hot dogs in the summer.
rice of course and drink tea everyday. if you spend hours sitting in front of your pc, drinking tea is the best way to stay healthy
My main food is RICE. Often I eat cereals and pulses. Occasionally meat and marine foods (At least twice per week)
here in the philippines rice is a dining table staple, i havent had 1 single day of my life that i did not eat rice
