Just found out that it pays to learn first before you do something ... although we can learn o0n the job - the hard way! What would you say are the first few steps in link development? Excited to learn from you!
You might want to learn about signature and profile links for starters. Then go a little deeper into article submissions. Then top it off with web 2.0 properties and linking from them to your landing page.
First thing you must know is how to use anchor text, related site with high PR for link building, and don't stop building links everyday because SEO is a continues process.Good luck.
You can start by making quality link building through forum posts that are helpful to the entire forum community. Link building is easy, but making relevant links to your niche may be quite complicated.
Develop a link plan: What % of your incoming links are going to a landing page and what % to deep link pages, if any? What methods you intend to follow ie. directories, blog comments, articles submissions and where, paid links? , articles on your site or blogs, yahoo link, forum posts- relevant, social bookmarking-where and how much. .......... Before you start attempt to know where you would like to go.
I think creating backlinks is the first step you need to know. It can be a great point to learn out SEO.
I do not thing its the primer thing, Well optimizer first concentrate on on page and site quality then the tiny part will be the link building
Let me think that through! You say that first one needs a website. Then link building is done by: - signature and profile links - forum posts - anchor text - article submission - blog comments - SEO - 2.0 I tried to order them from "easy and quick to more time intense". Would that be right? Is there another way? What are profile links?
