    Hi,

    Can't understand your question very well but I think developing locally means the changes which made any particular site that will be seen on your PC or around your server it wouldn't be seen on live web page and developing live means the changes which are done will be seen any where via web

    I hope it's true !!!

    Developing live is a bad idea. Locally is the way to go and Smith basically outlined the idea.
