What's the difference between <meta name="Abstract" and <meta name="description" ?

    I know "description" shows up in the search engine blurb, but otherwise, what's the difference between these two? They seem to be almost the same thing. If I'm selling a machine that puts toothpaste in the tubes, how should my description be different from my abstract?
