I'm getting ready to pay for mailing list software, and I'm wondering if there's any difference between a program like eCampaign and aWeber, where eCampaign advertises itself as "bulk mail software" (http://www.lmhsoft.com/) and aWeber is an "autoresponder." Do they have different capabilities? eCampaign and other bulk mailing programs are a lot cheaper...
