Okay, so I read somewhere that article marketing could be not such a good idea for getting a good ranking on google... what's the deal with that? Is there anyone who knows about this in detail?
Article marketing is good for getting good traffic, increasing backlinks and keyword rankings. For getting better Page Rank, we must need to get high quality high page rank backlinks from the similar industry sites of your niche.
article marketing is not as easy as it used to be in the past. previously you could just submit one article to hundreds of article directories and would be able to get hundreds of backlinks. those days of easy backlinks are long gone as google now drives to index unique content only. so if you submit one artcile to say 300 article directories, will you get only one backlink as google may deindex the rest of the duplicate pages? not really. it takes google insane amount of time to go back and forth finding which one is the original and which ones are duplicate, then remove the duplcate ones form indexing. even if they do that, they cannot identify all 299 pages as duplicate so you will end up having decent number of backlinks form one submission. not to mention the traffic that will come with it. to get some real benefit form article submission, yuo should keep submitting on a regular basis and just keep on submitting. you will see some benefit down the road. you will have to submit lot more articles than you used to before, but the benefit is still there
This is probably not right. Article marketing is one of best ways to get links from related pages. As we all know links from related pages are very important.
Article marketing is great actually. I've got multiple PR3, PR4 and PR5 sites mostly from article marketing. The one trick is to write a good article and then spin it BY HAND. Do not use software or websites that automatically spin an article for you. Write the spinner syntax yourself. Test it, use free spinner sites to show you what it looks like. I have a couple hundred articles now, all saves as spinner syntax text files. All of them read like completely original well written content. And all of them spin to at least 30% unique. When I submit them to thousands of sites I get thousands of unique copies out there and tons of backlinks.
Maybe what you read is a big misconception or something. Whats real is that, article marketing is the best way to get backlinks. Clean and decent backlinks to be precise. I use a spinner from easyarticlespinner.net, actually any spinner will do but if you want some tool decent, I suggest you use this one. Create variations of your content and then submit it to different article sites as you can.(You dont want any duplicate content, do you?) Get backlinks and get traffic. That is how article marketing works.
