Whats the deal with Adbrite?

I wanted to advertise with Adbrite on their full page ads which uses a pay per impression format. Its says my campaign is running, but not a single ad has been served. Its been like 3 days and they still have not got back to me. It seems like their customer service is non existent. Has anyone else had these problems? This is absolutely ridiculous. If you treat the advertiser this way, I can only imagine how the publisher gets treated.

I did. Its always: leave a message even during business hours. Is there no way to talk to people directly? I heard about live chat, but I don't see that anywhere on their site.

Thanks, for a second I thought it was just me. In their help section, it said that they were dealing with higher volume than usual. But to me it should work, be it that the advertising campaigns are automated. I only put a daily campaign of $5. I have a hard time believing that that can't be filled.

maybe the amount you pay for the banner is lower than others, just like adsense, higher paying ads get higher chance to show up.

I tried $1 cpm on the full page ads and it never got filled. Its only for $5 worth for that day. Its been like 4 or 5 days now. Its absolutely ridiculous. Its just a matter of time before people will go away from them.
