Tell me about it mate. When i didn't sleep. I was stressed about my old job. I was really mean with my family. And it was affecting others. Everyone needs to sleep well. Its something we do naturally.
No its a lot more serious. I think the thread starter is talking about no sleep for a long time. I have heard young people who haven't slept for weeks have had heart attacks and things like that. One night is fine. But you shouldn't not sleep well for consecutive nights.
well its morning now here i already feel the affects starting on me, im very tired, i got small lump thing under my eye and want to sleep lol

For me is resulted in sleep walking once, push it to 3 nights without sleep and you may begin to hallucinate. Beyond that you will probably become psychotic, paranoid and bend down to pick things up that are not there. Ultimate danger would be death though if you combined it with not enough fluid intake.
Yeh, i enjoy sleep. I love sleeping. I went through a phase of my life. When i had a lot of anxiety and it prevented me from sleeping. But if anyone here struggles to sleep, why? Illness or?
i bartend and therefore am up until 4 or 5 in the a.m. and then have to be up at 8 to go back to work, and I do this a couple times a week. I'm starting to worry about my health!! I totally need a day to get like.. 15 hours of uninterrupted REM sleep!
i think it's danger for your body.. because your body don't have time to break.. at least you must sleep 1-3 hour a day to make your body more stronger
Nothing too serious if you are talking going 24 hours without sleep. Anything longer and you better get someone to proofread your essays.
