1 night is fine. 3 nights and you may die, seriously.

If you do this a lot, you won't be happy with the results. I looked into this online and here are some things you can expect if you continually sleep deprive yourself:

    - weight gain
    - reduced intelligence
    - ringing in your ears
    - bags under your eyes and wrinkles
    - impaired performance driving, speaking, answering questions, etc.
    - immune system problems (get sick easier, etc.)

In general this is a really bad idea. Plus what if you fall asleep during the exam or can't think straight during it?

No "danger", but I wouldn't suggest skimping on sleep lol.

I stayed up till 6am on DP yesterday. I guess the only short term side affect is being really tired the next day.. who knows if there are any long term ones.

I was up for 54 Hours straight one time. It's really not that bad. Drinking a lot of red bull helps though.

Once in a while, no big deal. But chronic sleep deprivation over many years, your looking at major health issues and a shorter life span.

You can commit serious mistakes when you don't get enough sleep because your brain is not fully functioning. Once I was awake for 30+ hours and then slept on my PC desk without my will. Good thing was that I wasn't driving at that time :p

Over a long period of time. It can lead to organ failure. Were looking at 3 months straight no sleep.

    Its a pretty serious matter.

Should aim for 6 hours a night minimum.

I have been on restavit and a number of other pills. I just quit my job and i sleep fine now. 9 hours.
