    In Belgium there are only two major providers: Belgacom(ADSL) and Telenet(cable). Telenet is the only cable provider. The few other small providers hire telephone lines from Belgacom. Belgacom and Telenet abuse their monopoly and offer for about 40EUR/month 4.6Mbps(ADSL)-10Mbps(cable) downloadspeed with a 12GB/month limit. I've changed to a small but very good ISP called Dommel. Now I get 4.6 Mbs download with a 100GB download limit. Upload is unlimited. I pay 36 EURO/month.

    I use my trick to use 3G internet for free (384kbps). Actually the price in my country is still very hight.
    My bro paying more than $800/mo for 1Mbps speed. Very suckSSS
