Can anybody here give me the exact percentage of Paypal commission?

It depends from country to country and amount you are dealing in. Check your paypal site and it will show you exact amount of fee that they charge in your country and amount specified.

I think it's somewhere around 3% for the money you receive.

 

But it also depends on the type of account : free, premier or business. And there are some charges on currency conversion too when you withdraw.
