    Definitely Namesilo -- cheaper then Namecheap. You can also check out https://www.domcomp.com/ which gives a nice comparison of everything (but do note that some places like GoDaddy/ 1&1 have introductory first year prices) -- because of that I find it most helpful to look at the renewal tab.

    I believe they are many domain registrars offer less than $5 consistently per dotcom or top level domain, not necessarily tied to a year.
