    Try using the "Link Cloaking Plugin" from w-shadow dot com, it cloaks outgoing links automatically

    Thanks for the tip. I purchased Eclipse Link Cloaker (the premium version of the link cloaking plugin you mentioned) and it seems to do the job perfectly!
