Ho DP members, So as some of you know I am new to the everything when it comes to web design and online marketing etc. I want to get into website flipping simple because designing websites is something I enjoy. But my question is for those more experienced then I. What is the best software or website to use to create good quality websites for flipping? What do you use or have you used to get the job done? I keep hearing a lot about Homestead, anyone used that. I really like the idea that you can just drag and drop. Thanks in advance everyone. P.S, any advice you may have for a newbie is greatly appreciated.
First, learn how to use Google to find that question answered millions of times both here on DP and all over the web. Second, the best tool is between your ears. My company makes lots and lots of money. We use vim for editing everything and it's nothing more than a very, very, very smart version of Notepad. (*nix users just collectively cringed at my description.) Of course, we use FreeBSD and Linux for everything, too, and that includes vim, ftp, and countless other tools Windows users sometimes pay for. We do all our images and graphics with Gimp and Inkscape. My point is, you don't need to buy any software at all and the simplest tools are the best. No one here uses Dreamweaver or Photoshop.
