I personally like w3schools because it will be detailed and also it provide different tutorials related to html,javascript,php,css,sql,xml,asp,ajax
Sitepoint.com is one of my favorites, they always have top quality content. The guy that owns the whole thing is really nice too. I'd also recommend coming back to these forums as often as you can. Also checkout digg.com they often have people posting some really helpful websites in one of their categories (forget what its called sorry)
