What are your thoughts? Pay for article submission? Pay for links? Pay for blogposts? Pay for Signature links? How do you spend YOUR money to drive targeted traffic?
You need a little of all. But I would personally go for something with content. Like blog posts, blog reviews and signature links. Has to be good content though. Things people actually want to read. Alittle bit good content is always worht the money. And I do not believe in directly buying links. By buying a service or content, you will be more focused on quality and traffic, but get a link at the same time.
Hi Buddy, As per my experience, a mix formula will work for your traffic targets. Just try to create a balanced budget including all the tasks of online marketing (whether blogging, articlies, forums...) and then split the budget in pre-defined activity. Make sure to analysis all the activities and their results periodically so that you can choose the best thing, which is working for your niche very well.
Since I want quality traffic, and sales (unlike what you will get from ridiculous signatures, and so forth), I do ads. How do you think the big sites of today got so big, after all?
I would suggest you build one way links by directory submissions. They are very effective because google sees them as authority websites.
I would spend everything on article submission. I don't matter spend a hour a day getting links and dropping comments on other sites. But cranking out tons of articles is hard work. At least for me.
I understand all these things are "free" - but for those of us who are short on time I want to make sure I spend each dollar wisely....sounds like blog posts are the way to go
I would say article submission because it is more reliable then buying blog posts, you never know where they are going to be posted.
Depends on your goals and situation, what kind of site you have, what you are marketing etc. Assuming your site has been up for a couple of months, I would start by paying for someone to write and submit one good quality article per day for about 3 months. Those articles should link to your internal pages and would also put them on your site for content. Then with the other half of the money, do PPC. Once you get a good campaign up and running you can basically forget it. Well, not totally but you know what I mean.
spend on the task that you don't like to do it yourself..may be outsource article writing, video creation ? Most importantly spend on the promotion that is proven effective..else money will go down the drain.
I'd say article/video submission, and also backlinking/social bookmarking are some good ways for you to outsource your traffic generation. There is nothing really complicated about these methods, but they are time-consuming and tedious, and as an internet marketer you really want to focus your time on the activities that will generate you the most profits and CANNOT easily be delegated to someone else!
