best way to sell domain i think is to host mini site, some page cached, create some back link and then the domain gets some appreciation...

Have you recently tried Morgan Linton? I just tried to send them some domain names and I got a message saying the offer is closed.

SP seems to be a good place for developed sites with high PRs, otherwise it appears very quiet.

Flippa.com is a good place to buy and sell domains! There is an awesome domain with less than 24hrs to go before the auction ends! ExercisingProgram.com

You also can try GoDaddy auctions but you need to pay 5$ per domain auction though.

Here's 6 little tricks that will definitely help with improving domain sales :

    • If possible create a domain portfolio site that lists all your domain names. If you have a platform of your own that lists all your domain names you will not only look more professional but you will have a lot more control over your domains as well. You can use our domain portfolio script ( Dnresult.com ) for this purpose or you can create a domain portfolio site of your own.

    • Create a personal sales page for all of your domains. Having your own personal sales page allows you to sell your domains without a third party so you won’t have to pay any commissions, ever ( see example: http://CookEducation.com/sale.html ). You can easily create a standard webtemplate which you can then use for all your domains. Making the webtemplate can take a bit of time but once you have it created you can then easily create a new domain sales page in 2 minutes flat for every domain you have.

    • For all your domains you should edit the “address 2″ field in the WHOIS contact information so it includes a link to your domain sales page or your domain portfolio site. This sounds like a lot of work but lots of registrars, such as Godaddy, allow a bulk edit of the WHOIS contact information so you will only have to edit this one time and the contact information of all your domains will be updated.

    • Add all your domains to the 3 biggest auction sites: Sedo, Afternic and Godaddy Auctions. To list your domains you don’t need to point your nameservers to any of those domain auction sites so it’s a win-win situation for you (your domains will get a lot more exposure and you will still be in full control) . I actually prefer the Godaddy premium listings as I have had a good success rate with those. Sure the commission is a huge 30% but you can easily calculate that in your sales price.

    • Use the End User Locator tool and the Business Locator Tool from Estibot to find potential buyers for your domain.

    • Promote your domain on forums such as Dnforum.com, NamePros.com, DigitalPoint.com, Domainstate.com. You can also try Bido.com and BargainDomains.com. I have had some success with those as well. Even eBay works well to sell domains.

Following these steps and tricks should definitely make you some profits.

P.S. For more tips you can also join our blog at http://dnresult.com/blog : We also list great available domains on a weekly basis.

At present, I am offering this premium domain for sale. If you're interested, just reply to this with your best, "Fair" offer and we can go from there. (We will be unloading this domain so please do not let this opportunity past you by) This domain is not intended to take place of your existing site but to increase your web presence! The transfer process will be easy and we could do things at the safe source of Paypal.com. Since this is time sensitive, if you are not the right person, please immediately forward my email to the proper contact person. I will be reaching out to others within the next coming days.

    Best Regards,
