Whats the best way to sell amazon products throught their affiliate programme?

I agree on the aStores, although I can still see some of them ranking very well. There might be a trick to it or these just might be well established aStores that haven't been picked up by a Google filter yet.

e.g. search "mens bikes" on google UK and check out the top result.

The best way is to have a site setup, whereby you list the products you wish to promote and review them as well. it is always a good thing to give a review so potential customers can be convinced.
A lot of people are looking to buy something, they just want to see a last minute review to convince them to buy. All my Amazon sites I have running are review site and they all convert well.

I think squidoo is one of the best sites for this since it has the features built in and all you have to do is review the product. It's hard to make good money with amazon unless you target high ticket items. Good luck though!

Do your research, find good products that have keywords that you can rank for, create sites to list the reviews you write, get them ranked on the search engines and rinse and repeat.
