It should be worth around 20k

The advertising of it I understand but what about the payment when it sells? What is the best way.
    Thanks

Personally I'd a laywer involved to handle the money, least that way there is no chance of being ripped off

Escrow, always. Paypal isn't worth considering, especially for larger sums.

Are you off your mind? Do you have any ideas how much lawyers cost?

No offense but thta price seems awfully high for a website, what makes you think it's worth that much? It seems to me you have not sold any websites before.

Just out of curiosity, how much would escrow charge both parties for a 20K transaction?

You must be joking right? I'ld never sell any virtual good via paypal that was over $100. No problems using paypal as a buyer, but as a seller there is entirely to much risk of fraud there.

    Paypal for low amounts.
    Escrow for high amounts.
    It's really risky business online.

I can personally vouch for escrow.com

My husband has used them when it came to buying an authentic watch; the transaction was for around 12k.
