What's the best soluton to rotating multiple cpm networks to get the best cpm rates? I've tried phpadnews but had no clue how to set it up correctly where it would evenly split the ads shown. Thanks
as an adserver I like http://www.openads.org You wont be able to optimise to get the best rates if you are with ad networks, companies like Valueclick might show you the rates but you dont know what % of ads at those rates will be served onto your site or how big that particular campaign is. Also as they are optimising the ads to appear on the most effective sites you wont know what ads will show more oin your site
