What's the best way to promote the keywords?

    I really a feel confused about SEO.
    And my boss let me promote the keyword：preform mould.
    Do you have some good advices?

    I was working in it, I do blog article which have some of the keywords but associated to the issue and set keywords as my signature in some forum. Try to this as your first step.:)

    Try spreading the keyword around the web with links that come back to your site using the keyword as anchor text. Use it in all the proper places in the site and build links from high PR sites. Hope this helps.
