like the title says. whats the best way to monetise a adult blog? im getting traffic and have some banners on site etc. some r getting clicks but not alot.. just wandering if theres anything else i can do to monetise it.
yeh i only started it yesterday and have already gt over 500 uniques to it with a bit of word of mouth. now its going crazy lol.. its currently 3.28pm ere in uk.. i created the blog last night at about 7pm. current stats show just over 500 uniques in that amount of time. its a video blog that targets a good niche and can get few vids from youtube. as they r not really porn or nowt. just in the adult category if u get me.. each post has a vid and above the vid is a 430x60 banner going to affil site.. ive done this with every post and changing banner each time to. have so far got 15 vids/posts on there and am doing more today.. just wandering about other methods i can use.. banners r ok but need more lol
yup have added cple them to lol. down the side of blog.. are there any programs like adsense but for adult sites?
Check the scripts running on torrent sites like torrentportal.com I see lots of adult PPC ads on them
You can run adult ads from AVNads.com I have the most success with adult toy and dating affiliate programs.
do u use adultfriendfinder to or others? ive seen some with cj.com but not sure yet. edited: right im gonna try avnads. am already member of adbrite but never seen this one before lol
Banners suck. Anyone that surfs adult sites completely blocks them out. Text links are much better, use less bandwidth and load faster. Plus you tap into people's imaginations. Learning to write good text links are hard. Seriously, if you want to learn to do adult sites, goto an adult webmaster forum. Everyone here is about licking adsense balls, and it works a lot different. goto vnwr.com, the site is small, but you'll get attention from a pro. Plus there is some very nice NPOW(newbie projects of the week).
