   I would like it to show on a page. One page would have a category list. Click the category and you would see links with thumbnails of the website and information. Is there an easy plugin for this that looks nice?

   You are wanting to do it with wordpress - there are some plugins available that I've seen. Haven't been impressed by the coding but i guess they do the job.
