Hi Ladies & Gent's I have a relatively new blog/site related to scuba diving i have a few seo questions; how does google relate the site geographically? for example i get high ranking's in google.com for keyword's but not in google.nl or google.de, does it make any difference if i add in nl and de as tag's for post's ive noticed that tag's get quite alot of matches in google!!?? i launched a free theme competition to get link's but because of my relatively new site and not much action going on i have very few entries right now the problem is if you try to rate for 'free wordpress theme competition' there are too many other's to compete with, what are your suggestions to give the competition a boost? All my 'title' tag's for images contain 'shift+r etc etc' should i for seo purposes replace all these and add 'alt' tag's with keywords'? Do the title tag's have any weight? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Do the title tag's have any weight? yes, they are the most important tag. but actually the most important thing was about the geographical searches? in google webmaster tools, u can select the geographical location for ur site. other then that, u can't do any thing to control ur site being displayed in different geographical searches. in webmaster tools, click on "tools", then "Set geographic target"
