What's the best way to generate strong outbound PR?

I'm wondering what the best way, in your opinion, is to create a strong Pagerank. Lets say for example, you have a network of 5 websites all with a pagerank of 4 or higher. What would be the best linking methods to use so that each site brings each other up even higher?

Any opinions on this topic out there?

    Thank you,

The best you can do with all of them is to have relevant links pointing to each site, with as few other links on the page going elsewhere.

The more outgoing links a page has the less PR gets spread to all of them. By the way, it's understood that Google probably devalues links between websites on the same IP address / same owner and when the links aren't relevant to the theme of the other site.

I would also suggest first to check out which of the 5 sites is in the most competitiveindustry.

Funnel your pagerank for the nework so that PR passing is maximum for the site which is most competitive
