What's the best way to entice Google SEO with site internal linking and anchor text?

    I have a Wordpress blog. Made a new category. Now, would like to make some series of posts.

    So let's say I have 10 posts reflecting different parts of a major post namely
    1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

    And one post that covers the overall 10 topics. How should I perform the inter-linking between them?

    Is it more feasible to link from major page to 1....10 posts and also from 1...10 posts to major page?

    Or

    From 1....10 posts to major page and between the posts as well?

    Or

    Just from 1...10 posts to major post or any other ideas?

    Also, what anchor text to use while linking? For example, major post refers to 1...10 posts with its exact keyword or just partial keyword?

    Google is not your target but your audience. When it comes to internal linking and anchor text within the site page, it must be a guideline to the users for them to understand the content well and get benefited.

    Just published all the content few hours ago and it all seems to be published. (90%) so far. But I really need guidance about what works best for off page. As it's difficult to find time for off page and then you can't get any good rankings at times. Maybe someone who's good at link building (valid) and is a humble guy to work with as a partner.

    Here we go, it was indeed really difficult to handle posting 19 posts all together because it was about a popular logo quiz game.
