most sites offer 10K back links to cheap price are just spam links, I think by blog commenting you can get good quality back links easily. but it is a boring work and need lot of time

Hey.. I think that's not a good idea. Since they came from what I call "link farms". The question you should as is are they quality links? That can easily increase your PR and boost your traffic. Not just traffic but quality traffic, real people that would be interested in your work,
