I'm thinking of cooking some steak what's the best way that you've cooked it before,and the best marinades to use?
LOL But I pretty much agree. You don't ruin good steak with a marinade or cooking it much past medium-rare. Flash seared on a hot grill or in really bad weather a hot skillet will do. EDIT: LA huh. Add a little red and black pepper and maybe a healthy dose of paprika. These work best on the grill. They tend to burn and blacken in the skillet.
Definately on the grill. I like mine well done (scared of getting sominilla so don't like to see any pink in my meat) than coating it with Jack Daniels Barbecue Sauce and of course, a nice baked potato on the side
