What's the best video chat/conferencing application on the Web?

Hey all. Thinking about integrating video chat/video conferencing into one of our web applications and trying to figure out who has developed the best technology out there. Some of the names I've heard include Tokbox (they power video chat for Meebo) and Paltalk. Those are free. Then there are some other applications like Adobe Connect, Web-ex, GoToMeeting and DimDim. Those cost money (DimDim is open source though).

We want two-way video interaction and are most concerned about making sure that the lag you sometimes get with live video is minimized.

    Any suggestions?

Dim Dim is the best of all and it is free and opensource.

But installing it on the server is extremely difficult. I am struggling to install it on the server, you have successfully done it, let me know.
