What's the best Social Media platform beside Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn?

Everyone knows about Twitter, Facebook & LinkedIn. What in your opinion is best after them and how can we use platforms like tumblr, pinterest etc to do effective Social Media Marketing?

 

Twitter is the best one

 

Besides these, Google+ is doing well, though Facebook is in no. 1.

Pinterest is the hottest website of the year 2012 according to CNN. It could be really helpful if used properly.

Aside from those 3 you mentioned tumblr is one of the best.

No idea one the best social media advertising is facebook. Apart from that Reddit.com will be best .

 

How about myspace and Google plus.

 

Google+ is doing well.
Stumbleupon would be another top competitor, they actually have more users than Facebook.

 

The better question is "Which Social Media sites do my prospective customers use?" everything else is irrelevant.

Twitter is my favorite one. Facebook is hugely popular and widely used too. I personally don't use facebook a lot though because I have family on there and I don't need them seeing everything. Even if there are privacy options, I'm still paranoid haha. Tumblr and pinterest are great for posting images. You could use pinterest by pinning images from your blog or website. Just make sure to also pin a bunch of other stuff so it does not look completely like self promotion.

 

After Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, There are number of social media sites like google+, pinterest, stumbleupon, tumblr,ask.fm and many more.

 

I think other than the 3 you've mentioned, Stumbleupon is the easiest to generate alot of traffic to your website.
The key is to make sure the first part of the page is catchy. A video tends to work best, as it keeps the audience on the page longer.
Its very easy for users just to bounce through on Stumbleupon.

I would say google+ for sure. Not only is it a growing and very capable social media platform, it may also increase the SEO for your website. Google is an innovative and successful company, and using its products will only help your internet experience.
