The width to fit most email in boxes is 600 pixel wide. d the length it only important to stay above the fold or in the viewing pain the viewing area a recipient views without having to scroll is The length is to stay within the first 2 to 2.5 inches. (the capture area) This is just to capture the recipients attension of course your email message should be longer.
