travel is the best i guess but loads of big players in the market my way is to try niches which there arent much competitition, but makes enough to match the work
Well it depends a lot on which niche has less competition and high searches. You need to do some keyword research to identify the best niche. You can read my keyword research tutorial, its basic but comprehensive. (look in my sig).
