Whats the best script for starting a small Affiliate program

    hi

    I am looking for a Affiliate tracking script for a small affiliate program...

    I need some suggestion/recommendation about it..

    Secondly I have some confusion about its working, So far I know that I need a shopping cart and affiliate tracking script but I am confused about integration and integration of payment processor with it.

    I want to use WP Shopping cart plug-in for my shop

    Please guide me..
