What's the best Screen Recording Software?

I'm looking for a good screen recording software so I can create some tutorials. I've only tried a couple free ones so far and I don't like the videos they produce. There's to much of a flickr.

Could someone recommend a good one that doesn't have the "flickr"? It can be free or paid.

I went ahead and got Camtasia and it seems to work very well. There's just a lot to learn when using a software with so many features. Good tool though.
