whats the best place to register .bz domains? is it name.com? any coupon codes?

    hello, what is the best place to register .bz domains? i found on name.com that they are $25 year, are there any coupons for name.com that give like 20% of all domains or something. or is there a better place to register .bz domains which lets you push the domain to another account for free?
