What's the best place to get royalty-free images?

I'm looking for a site I can get royalty-free images from that are usable on websites, logos, and virtually all other types of digital design. Most sites that I've seen don't allow their images to be used in logos. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

On the few rare occasions when I needed free images, I used sxc.hu

The thing is that every author there might have different rules for their images, though I had no problems with those used for my logos - they were all available for that purpose. Not sure if that's common, though, as I used just a few images.
