What's the best (or really good) scripting for a links directory?

    Hi all,

    I am putting up a niche-specific directory and wanted to know your thoughts on scripting. I want the ability to accept payments for special links (or regular ones if spam goes nuts--expected). I can do this manually, but it's easier if the software does it.

    I want it to be SEO friendly, customizable, stable and so forth. Be nice if I could include a screen shot of the website too.

    Oh, needs to be PHP. :D
