: whats the best options

Hi

I am planning to move this site (www.galapokergibraltar.com) to a new host and redesign the whole thing. Any views on what would be the best options for doing this?

We want to make it less code heavy, and load faster, and include the following things:

3d image carousel/menu
the ability for visitors to print discount vouchers


I want to be able to add xml to the site, and swf flash files, and possibley run a decent social networking area.

i could hook u up with scripts and flash templates for free. i paid for premium but have resale rights, and i will resell for free.

best option is 50webs.org it is free and NO ADS whatsoever. i have had site for 2 years there, and it is always up. they allow all scripts, and nothing every expires.

why so much flash? flash is good, but to a certain point and its not SEO-able so that to me counts it out!

 

can you suggest a better web builder?
