Whats the best method to check IP Location of a domain ?

Hi,
I hope this is posted in the correct category.

I would like to know a fool proof method of checking where a website is hosted.
For example the website www.all-articles.co.uk with a IP address of 75.126.149.60

If I use the below site it say it is hosted in Great Britain (UK)
http://www.selfseo.com/find_ip_address_of_a_website.php

If I use a different site as below to check the IP it says US
http://www.geobytes.com/IpLocator.htm?GetLocation&IpAddress=75.126.149.60

Can someone please provide a website or method that you can trust to be spot on?
I need to know where certain sites are being hosted, i.e in what country.

Netcraft.com seems to give accurate information.

Or open up a terminal/shell and type "whois IP"

 

i think with websiteoutlook.com you will be fine..what i see the domain is registred in england and hosted in usa ..

The website is actually hosted with webhostingbuzz.com at the SoftLayer DC in Dallas (TX), USA.

Please try MaxMind geo location databases (http://maxmind.com/).
They have excellent API support and high accuracy even with free databases. Professional databases are even more accurate and very reasonably priced. Databases are upgraded regurlary.
We use their databases on regular basis and fully satisfied.
