hello everyone, I have a quick question what is the best form of marketing/advertising for clickbank? how about ptr or ptc programs?
There is no such thing as a "best" method of advertising anything. If there were, everyone would use it, and it quickly would no longer be "the best" The reality is, it is a combination of little things working together to bring about success. What is BEST for you, is not going to be the best for the next person. We both could do clickbank, and use totally different methods and have the same amount of success. WHo is your specific target? What is your budget? You looking to do online or offline marketing? What time frame are you looking at? In the end, I suggest you put together a quick marketing plan or at least outline, that will guide you in the right direction for your goals and budget.
get a huge e-mail subscribers list (you can get by providing newsletters) and recommend your products to your loyal subcribers.
Good point.... and I totally agree with you. Some have made a killing promoting Clickbank with Adwords, while others have bleeded to death. In fact, some people have even made money off Clickbank using the content network of Adbrite!
If by PTR you mean paid-to-read email programs, well, do so if you want to but realize that most people who see your advertising are more interested in clicking a link in order to get to the minimum payout level than they are looking at what you have to offer. A long time ago, well - 2004, I used PTR and PTC sites but quickly realized that the time required to make a few bucks was immense. And a few times, the site would suddenly disappear because too many members were getting close to the minimum payout level. The same applies to PTC programs if you mean paid-to-click on banners or that type of thing. Sometimes PTR programs also have a PTC section. My opinion is you would get much better results by finding some good blogs to post your ads. Also, investigating Adwords and other such venues is a wise choice, too.
