    I want to sign up for CJ's Pay Per Call but I understand you have to submit a website for them to approve.

    What kind of website would be best to show them?

    I guess the type of website really shouldn't matter, but in-case it does, you might want to submit some Classifieds or Communication related website such as Social Networking or micro-blogging.
