It needs to at minimum crop, resize, compress and optimize the image and be capable of viewing full size. Thanks!
If you have money to spend, get a Photoshop. If not, even freeware programs like GIMP or Paint.Net will get the job done. - Dynashox -
I agree, if you have quite a big of cash to spare, then get Photoshop, you'll love the amazing things it can do with a few clicks. If not then you'd be able to do all that with GIMP or Paint.Net
Photoshop is the best in my opinion but for what you need to do most image editing programs should do the trick Tom
I'm going to agree with the majority here. I first learnt on GIMP (which is free). Its really great and there is lots of plug-ins you can get for it. You can even make animated images on it: http://www.gimp.org/downloads/ (apologies...I cant use live links yet) However, if you want the best and latest, I would go Photoshop CS4. It is quite expensive (I think over $800 ).
Yes, Photoshop is the best image software.. if you can afford paying $$$, then buy it. I only use Paint.Net for my simple photo editing tasks. =)
i agree with u all...the best software in the world i ever had is photoshop...very simple, easy 2 use and complete fitur. for beginer to prof... is unmatchable you will never regret having bought it even though very expensive
paint.net is free and so is gimp, I have photoshop, paint.net is basically a user-friendly version of photoshop that still has the feel of paint.
