What's The Best Image Hosting Script (SEO Friendly)

I'm looking to purchase quality image hosting script (unless there is a free version that is SEO friendly). All scripts that are widely used are worthless from SEO point of view.

I'm looking for a script that will use MOD rewrite of URLs and keep them without dynamic characters ("=" or "?"), it should also automatically assign the most appropriate tags to it and preferably, not change the file name that's being uploaded.

I’d also like the script that has basic social networking capabilities – allowing members to post comments on pictures and would also welcome the possibility to create password protected galleries.

I thought that was basic requirement of any script that’s programmed, but apparently programmers nowadays have no clue about basic SEO so finding an image hosting script that's not a complete crap proved impossible.

Can anyone point me at the right direction?

If I don't find a suitable script, I will hire one. I thought I'd ask first - maybe someone knows of a good script I had missed.

i`ve been running image hosting for almost half years, and the traffic is almost come from thumb size that you or someone else put at forums or your blog, i have make link page seo friendly, i have try to change alt="" to picture name, but is really hard to make traffic come from SE, i wana ask do you have ever seen 10 keyword BRITHNEY SPEARS at search engine come from photobucket ?? or imgevanue ??

also it has the features which u have pointed out including password protected galleries and comments..
