I want something free to Like to make simple mutiple pages fast and easily.. Lite pages that are well formed and seo friendly and easily indexd.. I know its lots out there but id like your opinions. I want something thats not going to take up alot of my computer rescources.. fast so i can just make a quick page on the fly when an idea pops into my head. but in well formed code good on the searches ..
For pure ease of use, i'd say Joomla. Lets you get a site going quick with no coding and there are plenty of free themes and help available for it.
NotePad and Programmer's Notepad for Windows. Kwrite for Linux but if your one of those people that doesn't want to know the inside and the outside of your site than go with Frontpage, Dreamweaver.... I like to know my site, thats why I code it inside out. That way you know how your site has to be changed for future browsers etc.
Thanks webdesigner but Joomla seems more better suited for forums to me.. Thanks to all i wil try Aptana IDE and note pad now and see how they do for me
