Whats the best free image script?

    Well I would like to open a image host site. This will be my first time. I have looked at CeleronDude.com its a pretty neat script but it was last updated on 06. Now im trying to find a newer one maybe better for free. I mainly want to be able to set limits, have users be able to have there own log in and gallery. If you can help me find this much will be appreciated! :)
