Traffic exchanges have nothing to do with adsense. I personally do not use adsense anywhere on either of my traffic exchanges. If it didn't work it was because of something you where not doing right.

Folks the keywords are "If you know how" which boils down to how much you care about your business online. Simply ask yourself if you are online as a hobby, or are you here to run a business. If your here to run a business then start considering every avenue for success as every successful business does.
One more thing... the best form of advertising is... producing EXCELLENT CONTENT. If you have content that is good enough for your visitors to pass on to their friends, you will save quite a bit on promotions.
