    1) English Premier league
    2) Spanish League (it could be interesting but for the domination of 2 teams only and other teams seem to be lagging far behind Madrid and Barca)
    3) Serie A Italy (doesn't matter after the first two, but Juve and AC Milan play some good football)

    I would argue that he is the best league because the league's best league is the league that could bring an achievement for the national team. And that was evidenced by a la league with the national team's achievements. EPL league is very good but not better than La Liga (it can be seen from the achievements of the Three Lions):)
