Here are my three choices: http://www.absolutecovers.com/ - they make the cover for you for about $70 - is it worthwhile to outsource this task? http://www.virtualcovergenerator.com/ - I make the cover myself with their software http://maxcovers.com/Headers.html - they design the cover but also bundle it with other services such as banner design are there any good ones I'm missing here? I'm trying to decide which route to go - could use some input - thanx!
